I believe that using extra material to use in your class would be highly beneficial. It would safe the teacher a lot of time to foucus on other teaching aspects, give them ideas that they would be able to use with the students and have a guideline of how to teach a certain point of the language if the teacher is inexperienced. However I have learnt from this unit that relying on course materials isnt an effective way to teach as it isnt specific to the students actually in the class.In this unit I have learned many things such as most common problems situation that teacher can encounter in the classroom. How to deal with new group and large number of students. What type of warm up and activities I can do for new group and existing group. Different levels between students and how to use different material in same task.how to make reluctant talk and participate in given activities. I have learned how to deal with difficulties of listening texts and how to slove it.
