I have learnt that both Respective and Productive skills are important in the classroom, without these skills we will not be able to read, listen, speak or write.
In this unit I have leant that teaching speaking & writing might be the biggest challenge as you need to get students excited and motivated about classroom activities. I also think student might also feel they don't need to master these skills, or the language as a whole. activates that focus on these skills can require a lot of preparation and creativity from the teacher.This unit covers the teaching of special groups before I read it I thought this unit was about students that are some what challenged and was really hoping to get some answers on how to deal with those kind of special students as I have had a few in the past and have managed to teach them but it took a long time to figure out the correct methods for those students I had as each child was different. I also feel a bit better about teaching business English after this cause as I was normally afraid but now I know how I can use my lack of business to my advantage. Thank you
