This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit shows us a difference between a good and a bad teacher. In the first lesson teacher was acting rude and scowling, he was kind of pressing students. Such a pleasure was to watch the second lesson. I was completely involved, that was interesting. That unit shows us how should act a good teacher. That teacher was polite and cheerful, he talk more slowly and more clear, and he also used proper lesson structure. He made his class interesting and involved students, I'm sure they enjoyed it.This lesson offered some interesting insight into the specifics of teaching different classroom dynamics, particularly business English groups. I enjoyed reading through the various needs and approaches to different dynamics while being able to recall information from prior lessons that would prove to be extremely pertinent for many of the presented situations. The needs analysis is an excellent idea for any business level course as well as students in higher levels of English language learning.
