I think as a teacher,especially a teacher teaching teenagers or higher levels.One has to be patient and encouraging.Students of those levels may often lack motivation and passion,and they’re more scared of making mistakes.If you keep saying the stuff you’re teaching is EASY,they will be more reluctant and afraid to use the language.You’ll find the class not as perfectly practiced as you have planned.
