While I was watching a first video, I was very angry because a teacher in the first video didn't interested in his job and become responsible for encouraging students and giving an effective lesson. I could notice easily that second one is the great example. Teachers has to be careful about ESA. The former and the latter had ESA process but the first one has lack of passionate, encouraging state and elicitation. Teacher mustn't provide pointless lessons.Unit five is about lesson planning and it's important functions. I learned how to write one, what should be included in it and how to organize it. Several points on my lesson plan include teaching aids, anticipated problems, procedures, phase and timing. There is also section on planning a sequence of lessons which is similar to a single lesson plan but with a number of particular issues to consider, flexibility, goals, revision with variety and balance.
