This unit discussed mainly on organising and managing the classroom. It is important for the teacher to maintain eye contact, use good gestures and have a clear voice that change naturally according to the circumstances. I have also learnt advantages and disadvantages of grouping students and classroom arrangements. The other key points discussed in this unit are Classroom atmosphere involving teacher talking time and student talking time , rules for writing on board, how to make instructions effective , establishing rapport and maintaining discipline.This unit focused on the future tense. This lesson covered seven different types of future tense including future simple, future continuous, future perfect, future perfect continuous, \"going to future\", present simple, and present continuous. As with the other units on tenses, each type of future tense had 4 sub-categories, namely the form, usage, typical mistakes, and teaching ideas. I find these units most helpful because they give expression to the differences between these tenses, while I otherwise would be hard-pressed to explain the difference.
