Authentic material can be very helpful as they are real and therefore interesting. The students gain confidence when they know what they are talking about. While created material can be extremely helpful as well as it can diversify to be interesting and applicable to all students. It would also be helpful if the teacher can choose the course books. while planning lessons think about what items would motivate the students and keep their interest.Once again the tenses have me struggling to complete the test. I see now that I need to study the grammar part of the English language further before I handle anymore classes in the ESL field. Having taken this course with these 4 tenses/grammar tests has revealed to me that I need to focus on improving on learning and mastering these parts of the course and the using these new skills help my students learn these concepts better in the future.
