This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit did not focus on grammar or the nuances of the English language. Instead, it focused on more \"common sense\" information: namely, what the teacher can use in terms of supplementing learning material within the classroom. Though a good deal of the information in the unit was things I already know and have utilized in lessons, I found the pages with resource links particularly helpful. There was a great deal of information provided that I'm sure I'll be going back to again and again to access.I can relate a lot in this unit, I've done different types of Lesson plan since I started teaching here in China. Most of them , I've learn from the school I worked with before. While reading the content of this unit, I can tell which type of Lesson plan I made that time. I think my favorite one is Straight Arrow ESA lesson because this type of lesson plan gives the students time to speak, discuss and think of more English vocabulary. I have no idea before what was it called, now I know...Thank you....
