Interesting unit. I was stumped on one of the phonetic script questions to convert to English in order to answer it in phonetic script questions. I also think it's interesting that some of the phonetic script questions came much easier for me than others. The more complicated the question, the easier it was for me to understand. This could simply mean I'm over-thinking the question, which again is a good lesson to keep in mind when working with students. Don't over-think too much.In this lesson i have learnt the importantance of sound in english language in order to convey the appropriate message. It is important in sentence as well as in individual words and pronunciation. We can teach our students using correct phonetics, diagrams description of mouth placement and using our own mouths as the example. It is likely the most difficult to teach but it is where students will move closest to fluency with english language learning and can be practised easily.
