This was nice to see the two different ways of teaching. It shows how important rapport is with the students and how starting off a class well has a lasting effect on the entire class. It was good to see some of the things that I have been using in my classes such as pictures to make connections and the students drawing in order to practice what they are learning and keeping it from just strictly speaking, writing, listening, reading all the time. This unit covered the topics of modal verbs, phrasal verbs and the passive voice. There are various usages for each auxiliary verb and being aware of these \"rules\" are crucial for the English learner. Likewise, knowing the difference between active and passive voice.
