I learned the essential components that are included in a lesson plan and the importance of each component. Making predictions about the lesson and then recording the results and feedback is how one can improve as a teacher. It is also important to be aware of the types of activities, the interaction of each of those activities, and the time required to complete each one. Lesson plans are meant to guide the lesson and provide a framework, but flexibility is necessary as well.In this unit i read about evaluating and testing the students to see how are they doing during the course, or what do they know before starting it. I think the testing part is really important not only to see the students progress, but also to see how good of a job you are doing. If you are not doing a good job making yourself clear while teaching, or you are having a hard time engaging your students into your lessons, you are probably gonna see poor results in the evaluations.
