Appreciation is a healthy way to develope learner's interest and maintain their passion through out. The way teacher's behave during the teaching impacts learner's motivation too. Putting in professional skills and methodologies within the right amount and on right time is the way to succeess with the set goals of a teacher as well as learners. In the demostration we saw the teacher often smiles. He is enthusiastic, compassionate, helping, encouraging, well prepared and appriciating his students as a result learners can relate to his positive energy and skills thus giving out favourable outcome.
