In Unit 17 titled ?Equipment and teaching aids?, I learned the different types of teaching equipment and their uses. I learned about equipment such as: the board, interactive whiteboards, overhead projectors, visual aids, worksheets and work cards, the cassette recorder, the cd player, videos and DVDs, the video camera, and more. I learned advantages and disadvantages of certain equipment, when it is appropriate to use certain equipment, and how to make the best use of equipment.After dividing three simple categories that make up the English usage of time into twelve tenses, there is much to dissect from present tense in this section. As soon as present simple, perfect, and continuous are delivered with their affirmative, negative and question forms, it takes demanding analyzation for the trainee instructor to organize a teaching structure trustworthy for the classroom. I feel this unit requires a good amount of revisiting to ensure comfort and understanding.
