In this unit, I learned about how to teach special groups (i.e. very young learners, beginners and businesspeople). Each group has its own special needs and challenges. This unit gives detailed examples and explanations of the specific challenges, needs and potential difficulties that may arise when teaching a certain special group. I'm sure that the information I've learned in this unit will prove very useful one day when I have to teach such a special group myself.Review of 4 past tenses: past simple (I walked), Past continuous (I was walking), Past perfect (I had walked) and past perfect continuous (I had been walking) and when to use each of them. Past simple usually refers to a known time in past, past continuous is for interrupted actions, gradual development or descriptions, past perfect is the past viewed from another past viewpoint and past perfect continuous for longer actions that had been going on in the past.
