This unit has been very helpfull to see to completely diffrent videos and how the teacher are teaching the these two classes. You can definitely see a big difference between these, and my conclusion was that in the second video the teacher really succeeded with his teaching methods and structures. The first video was hard to look at, because you could see how uncomfortable the student was. I also learned to notice all the things that makes a difference in how you are teaching.This unit is exceptionally useful because it prepares us for possible complications and how we should deal with them. I find this very important because teaching is a very complicated job and being ready to face certain challenges posed by the work process can not be underestimated. Advice on managing students of different levels is a very important piece of information. Organizing the first lesson is also crucial as it gives your students first impression of you as a teacher.
