In this lesson I learned that I have to pay attention to every little thing in the classroom especially gestures and behaviors. Observing these little details will help to assess which students need more assistance and how to approach that, while depicting which teaching methods are working and which methods needs revising. I have learnt that excess sticking to less plan is not necessarily a good thing.
It is important to proceed the lesson with flexibility.
When students are enjoying some learning activities, flexibly change the
lesson plan and let the process as it goes is important.
On the other hand, still it is important to create lesson plan,
since without the plan, the lessons should be confusing.
The balance between plan and flexibility is what is the most important thing.
