The unit covers the types of grammar structures and give clear indication on how to go about teaching a vocabulary lesson. It also stresses the importance of grammar and vocabulary when teaching a new language. What I learned and found interesting was that how the ESA methods can guide and aid in the lesson plan,The different frameworks and structures that are in place to conduct a well organized lesson for the kids in respect to the language level.This unit helped me revise the different past tenses, and learn various teaching methods to explain their use to the students. The choice of a past tense generally depends on the point in time the narrator started observing the situation he is describing. Even if the action he is describing has already happened, and he is no longer a witness of it, he will form the sentence to show how it was at the time he became part of the event he is describing.
