This unit consists in two videos presenting a teacher at work during an English language class session. In the first video, we can see a teacher with an unhappy face and a negative and unangaging attitude that badly affects the students as they feel intimidated and don't participate. In the second video the teacher presents himself to the class with a positive attitude, he smiles,congratulates,and effectively communicate with the students by using gestures miming.Students get more confident and really participate.I found this unit really helpful for my teaching career since it has tips for teaching language to kids. I learnt that I should fill the lesson with different activites to keep it fun for young students and draw their attention. This unit also helped me to correct my mistake about speaking students' native language to make a point clear or draw their attention. I learnt that I shouldn't give up and insist on speaking English. Moreover, this unit has helpful ideas for individual lessons and busines English lessons.
