Classroom management is very important when it comes to teaching students. Therefore a teacher should possess a certain level of flexibility when it comes to the classroom aura. This enables the teacher to be better able to deal with students when issues arises , because the focus will be on the students learning and not on hurrying to finish the lessons. Students will then be able to feed into the energy the teacher possess noting it is busy as usual.One of the things I learned in this unit is how to read phonetic script and how to teach that to students. It certainly helps with knowing how to generally pronounce words. This also greatly depends on where the native English speaker is from. It is good to know speakers of languages other than English might not be used to using the same sounds as English speakers are and will need coaching on how to shape their mouths when learning to speak English.
