In this study section, how to manage classes in all different aspects are been introduced, and is very helping for teacher to manage their classes depends on students age, personality effectively, which means, offering a lesson can be easy and productive. Before teaching, the preparing work, such as setting seats should be considered carefully and try to avoid TTT. During the teaching, some useful techniques we can use to better motivate the students and also keep them in disciplined.Although It was more a review about what we learnt about class management, it's good to re-thing about some mistakes I was making. I chose to put a video instead with a worksheet for them to complete after the video. Many times, it is the teacher's fault that class is boring. Fortunately, with proper planning, this problem can be solved.Staying awake and interested in class can be difficult. But what's even more difficult is being responsible for keeping students awake and interested.
