I've learnt why the lesson planning is important and how to do it in such a way that it doesn't make the class rigid. As a teacher, I should be able to lead the class and organize the activities with the students without losing the direction of what the goals of the class are. Also, the class planning is a great tool for helping the teacher, to make a more insteresting class, and keep it's flow smooth. A experienced teacher may not need to use the class planning, a inexperienced one in the other hand, will certainly make use of the functions to improve the teaching results. Having a clear view of the objectives of each class is very important so the teacher can follow students' develoment and have the target accomplished by the end of each class. The class planning is also a excellent way to record the historical of each group of students. For exemple, to review what has beed taught to each group in determined period or to analise how well they are evolving.
