Teaching can range in effectiveness. Preparing and organizing for a lesson is always beneficial if the teacher knows what to do. Even with basic preparation, a teacher can be not effective. Teaching requires being able to be mindful of the student and how our actions as teacher can do to affect them. Being mindful and aware of oneself is not always easy. Recording oneself or taking notes on what we do as a teacher on the lesson can greatly improve teaching with time. Even more experienced teachers can find areas in which to improve their teaching method. It is important to keep a positive mindset and encourage the student which reflect on the attitude, gestures, and tone the teacher takes. A very detailed plan not only helps the teacher but also benefits the student in that they interact with English a lot more and are guided with clear instructions throughout a lesson. How a teacher display themselves to the student will affect student reaction to their teaching.
