Unit 17 explains equipment and teaching aids that many teachers find useful. The beginning of the unit gives an overview of the different types of equipment that may be utilized in the classroom, ranging from those which are more \"analog,\" namely the whiteboard, textbooks, worksheet, dictionaries, etc. to those which feature more advanced technology. This explanation that includes all types of resources is essential. Some schools may not have the funding or access to the more advanced technologies such as computers with internet, televisions, or photocopiers, and it is not always clear which materials a teacher will be able to access in any given classroom until a position is accepted. The Unit 17 seems as if it will be one of the most useful for finding teaching materials and aids because it provides many different types of resources. The links featured at the end of the unit are a good mix of both the authentic and created materials that Unit 14 emphasizes.
