This Unit is devoted to teaching issues concerning special groups of students - beginners, children, individual students, monolingual and multilingual classes, business clients. Each part goes into specifics of each group of students suggesting tips for effective lesson planning and problem-solving. The 'Business English' part provides a sample needs analysis form which can be adapted for any group of students and may come in handy while planning the course. From this Unit I have learnt how to deal with mixed groups of students at the beginner level, what to do in case you run out of materials in a lesson, how to increase the language learning capacity and motivation as well as lessen anxiety levels with different groups of students. I know now that teaching Business English to clients is not equal to teaching them business, that students' boredom is in most cases the teacher's fault and can be eliminated and many other important details that were not obvious to me.
