Though there were some relevant points and useful information, most of this unit was self explanatory and common sense.
What should be included in a lesson plan
-objectives (of for the student)
-personal aims (really?)
-covered in other areas
-teaching aids (good point)
-procedure (normally called plan)
-phase
-timing (covered in other areas)
and so on and so on
If the lesson plan templates are used, writing up a lesson plan can take as long as half or even a whole 45 minute lesson. Too inefficient.
Self evaluation forms have the same problem. Feedback is critical but way too inefficient this way.

-not a big problem area for my students but a good reminder to focus on points such as actual differences between may and might and the use of these words.
