The two video presentations provided two distinct results that depended on the teacher's overall approach.
In video number one, the teacher paraded a strict persona. Although the teacher used technical vocabulary, he was not able to effectively resonate the lesson to the students. His flexibility was absent that he was not able to view the students level and then make adjustments with what to teach.
On the other hand, the second video provided us with a more approachable teacher who started the class with a smile an introduction. This teacher was able to immediately connect with his students. In my point of view, there are things to be done in both teachings but what the second video offered is ideal as teacher-student rapport is very important.
