A \"good teacher\" is likely to have \"good students\". Teachers must primarily care about if their students are learning. Teachers can help their students learn best by playing a variety of roles in the classroom ranging from demonstrating and explaining correct use of english to organizing, observing, and assessing the success of interactive activities amongst students. Good teachers will also be individually involved in giving their students feedback about their progress or weaknesses. Good learners are those students who have a desire to learn, are willing to experiment with the language, make mistakes, ask questions, and learn from correction. Adult learners and young learners may give TEFL teachers different challenges since they may vary in nervousness, learning experience, behavioral issues, motivation, and cultural ideas about learning styles. However, a good teacher can adjust to these factors help a student at any level to maintain motivation and see their progress.
