In the first demonstration class the teacher is not enthusiast and his voice is not clear, speaks fast and the language is complex, doesn't make the students feel comfortable, doesn't motivate and encourage, doesn't explain and demonstrate, doesn't understand students needs, doesn't complement student's work, correct the students immediately.
In the second demonstration class the teacher is enthusiast, positive and with a sense of humor. Start the lesson with a game to make it interesting in order to engage all students. Motivate and encourage all students to participate in the lesson.
The language is appropriate for the level of the students. The students look interested and their participation is high. The teacher explain, demonstrate, ask questions, show the pictures and write them on the board, use mime and gestures in order to help students understanding, use drilling.
He activates all them in peer work and doesn't interrupt them.
In the end he complement and praise student's work.
