In Unit 10 we see how effective a teacher's attitude in the classroom and lesson planning affects the students and their learning. With a poor attitude and lack of planning from the teacher, the students are not engaged in the lesson and can not understand their teacher. The lessons are such extreme opposites. While in the second lesson we see how a positive attitude and clear, concise instruction can encourage student participation and lead to higher comprehension. Another key observation made is in how the teacher responded to and interacted with the students. In the first lesson the teacher shot down student's answers with a \"no\" and did not provide explanation or meaning when questions were asked. This made the students feel intimidated and confused which lead to their lack of involvement in the class. While in the second lesson the teacher was positively responsive, took the time to clearly address student's questions and because of this student participation and comprehension grew.
