This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
In this Unit, (Unit 16: Conditionals & Reported Speech), I've learned about the conditionals: if or similar expressions such as when refer to past, present and future possibilities. \"If\" clause contains the condition that has to be satisfied before the action or state in the main clause can be realised. I've learned also about the five main conditionals namely:
1.) Zero Conditional - refers to the actions and facts that are ireefutable. You can use 'if' or 'when' with no change in meaning.
2.) First Conditional - refers to the 'real' situation in the future that is possible, probable or even certain, once the condition has been satisfied.
3.) Second Conditional - communicates a present or future 'unreal', hypothetical situation that is presently not tgrue and is unlikely ever to be true.
4.) Third Conditional - refers to a hypothetical past action & consequence or result.
5.) Mixed Conditional - refers to a hypothetical past action or state, and the hypothetical present consequence.
