This unit provided me with a good idea on how to engage with a class using eye contact, gesture and voice. It goes on to explain the different ways to group students and arrange classes together with pros and cons. It then provides advice and what to do (and not to do) when writing on a board, giving individual attention to students, teacher and student talking time, giving instructions, developing rapprt with students and maintaining discipline.This unit has been a good source of many interesting and useful websites as for media and for other activities set in the class. I also found very interesting information about how to use OHP more effectively. The only thing which I think was neglected here is the use of smartphones. I sometimes tell my STS to google some information on somebody who we're going to listen to or something we're going to read about and later they give me a feedback.
