Planning a class is important for the children's learning process because is a part of the level planning, useful as working document in the classroom and as a checklist of the planning.
A planning must be simple, with the same structure making sure that has a balance in the activities.
Always organized, must check all materials and talk to students to break the ice.
A planning should include: the objective of the students and teacher, material aids, procedure, phase, etc.In this unit 19, I learned more about troubleshooting in ESL classes. One of the topics that I enjoyed more was large classes suggestions/strategies. When I have a large class, I need to be more dynamic and enthusiastic. Encourage participation and creating a safe environment to make the students comfortable. Throughout our teaching careers we will find some large classes and we need to get the best solutions and tools In order to respond to the students educational needs.
