This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
Unit 6 deals with past tenses in English which are similar present tenses but obviously dealing with the past. Past simple is created by taking the base form of the verbal and adding \"ed\". The exception to this rule are irregular verbs. Past continous is action that was occurring in the past. Past perfect are actions that happened in the past prior to another action. Past perfect continous are actions that were occurring in the past before another action. At the beginning of this unit, it states that this is a more difficult topic, and I agree. There are so many tenses for Future. I never really notice this, but when I actually look at the English I use every day, I am always using different tenses. And they have imbedded meaning, I planned that before, or this is spontaneous, or this thing happened or needs to happen before. This unit was difficult, but I enjoyed looking more closely at the Future Tense.
