This unit was about classroom management and mostly gave suggestions on different aspects of class management, the pros and cons of different arrangements and groupings of students, and strategies for avoiding and dealing with problem behavior. I found this unit very useful as it gave an abundance of suggestions for multiple situations and a comprehensive look on how to maintain control with the reminder to still be relaxed and friendly for student comfort. I thought the units suggestions were very thoughtful and made me feel confident that I will now have a lot of knowledge for how to deal with different class management aspects, class sizes and dynamics, and know when certain strategies are more necessary. The unit covered everything from maintaining the appropriate amount of eye contact to suggestions on how to write on the board without ignoring your class, building rappor and giving effective instruction. I found the unit very comprehensive and suitable for knowing how to manage a classroom.
