Teaching is a multifaceted role where different teaching strategies can enhance or restrain student activity and possibly impede learning. For example it would be unnecessary to wholly participate in group orientated activity as it's useful to allow the students to take the reigns of their own ability instead of hyper-corrected every mistake or directed the nature of group work.
Each role has an important place in the classroom and it's important not to overemphasize or overindulge in one style because classrooms and students are varied environments. It is necessary therefore to be aware of the multiplicity of variables in class from: student engagement to language proficiency to motivation and behavioural activity. Being a punctual teacher is imperative for monitoring such progress, which also elicits enthusiasm for student ans subject.
Furthermore it is essential that a good teacher takes heed of these skills because good student-nature is codependent on good and unique teaching ability.
