This unit was very useful as I was introduced to the 'Tense System' particularly the \"Present Tenses' and learned about'form', 'usages','typical student errors' and 'advanced stage teaching ideas'. I learned about the 'Present Simple' and it's form such as 'affirmative', 'negative' and 'question' forms.I also learned how to form the third person singular.I learned it's usages with example sentences for 'habitual or routine actions', 'permanent situations and facts','commentaries','Directions and instructions','Newspaper headlines','present stories', and 'Historical sequence'. I also learned some sample activate stage teaching ideas. I learned about the 'Present Continuous' regular and contracted forms, pronunciation and Non progressive verbs as well as the different usages.Some good teaching ideas for present continuous are 'developing situations','telling stories',and 'actions in progress'. I also learned all about present perfect and present perfect continuous forms and usages and teaching ideas.
