I found the advantages and disadvantages of authentic and non-authentic materials to be helpful. Some of the material found in this section was repeated from the 120 hour course I took previously with ITTT but nevertheless, it was a good refresher and a good review. I also enjoyed looking at some of the resources available for teachers on the internet. Some of the sites gave sample lessons which I thought were good resources I can use in the future.Effective summary of the past tense and the different nuances of the various tenses within that verb category. It was good to learn the somewhat daunting extent of irregular verbs that have a variety of different endings when switching from present tense usage to past tense usage. I thought that role playing interviews was an excellent way to express past tense, as obviously much of an interview is discussing what you accomplished in previous years.
