i learnt how easy a student or students can get confused if a teacher has no idea, or simply refuse to acknowledge that fact that the student have less understanding of the english language then him/her (teacher) and intimidates them with questions or words that they know nothing about, e.g. auxiliary verb.
if the teacher wants to make reference to a pasted topic, he should remember to jog the students memories with some few words, ask the question and carry on from there.This unit was important as it taught about models, phrasal verbs and passive voice. Many sentences spoken and written in English deal with such parts of speech and it's important to teach students how to use them properly. The helpful part of this lesson for me was the chart that described the uses, present/future tense and past tense sentences for auxiliary verbs.
