It went over discipline, seating arrangements, and also some strategies for increasing student talk time and decreasing teacher talk time. I think this unit was particularly valuable because it is practical and adaptable to most classrooms. Some of the suggestions won't work in classrooms for cultural reasons, but I plan on being more aware of them when I am creating lesson plans and implementing them in the classroom.
