In this unit, I have learned the grouping style to make the students class more lively. The students can be group in to whole class for coming up activities or playing a game, students can work on their own during reading activities, pair-work during practice conversation activities, and group-work during role plays and games. Classroom arrangement is based on space, type of chairs, age, nationality, and student personality.
Giving concise and clear instruction in the class is very important. The teacher should use simple language, consistent, use visual aids or clues if possible, and check the students if they understood the instruction. One of the most difficult roles of a teacher is maintaining the orderliness and discipline of the class. That is why establishing rapport with the students, showing respect, interesting lessons, being well-prepared, and understanding the student's behavior are done religiously by the teacher among other necessary things to ensure preventing problem behavior in the class.
