In my opinion, this unit has been a little complicated, but It is certainly the bone structure of English as a language. Every time we speak, we do it fluently and freely, but we never stop to think how we learn a language and how we use it to communicate every day.
Teaching a language requires knowledge and understanding to be able to make students learn it well and systematically. Every part of a speech matters when learning a second. In this unit I have seen that learning and speaking a language are so connected in many ways.
Practice makes perfect as long as both learning and speaking are connected. The more grammar a student goes through, the more she or he will be able to master a foreign language. All in all, this unit two presents to me and to every ESL teacher a useful channel to help students in the classroom connect to a real life. To be able to experience a new language, their culture and habits.
