The lessons plans for an individual learner vs multiple learners are different. The individual learner will speed through work more quickly than if multiple students are working on a specific activities. For example, the individual will have more time and process information without distractions whereas many students are often more engaged in conversations and can potentionally become more distracted. When there are multiple learners in the classroom there is a higher propensity to have more group activities where students need more group activities and increase STT. An individual learner for business can more easily become tired from a lesson more quickly and thus a lesson should become more conversation rather than a task oriented. All in all, both environments require a motivating factor to keep learners engaged like acting silly, having color in the room in order not to feel institutionalized, and even making sure students are not bored but allowing both advanced and beginners to feel like they are challenged.
