To be a good teacher is not so difficult but at the same time is not so easy. In my opinion person is not born a good teacher, he/she becomes high-qualified master after developing necessary qualities. First of all an English instructor should be a psychologist who can classify people into different groups, looking at age, culture and traditions, language level, motivation and even situation of a person. For example, I have a student who is a teenager. He has many problems. Thus, in this situation I think teacher should not push on a student because he/she can lose motivation in study. In opposite, a professional would find such methods to engage such student into interaction. In addition, a good teacher is able to change roles of a teacher depending on a student’s group and their current mood. If you have the same role all the time students will get used to it and classes will not be entertaining. So English teacher should find all the time something new and something different otherwise students can be bored.
