The methodologies employed for each group differs due to age and needs. Teaching young learners need to have different activities to engage them so to kill their boredom. Classroom management needs to be skillful to give chance to attention seekers to do chores, changing the class dynamics to allow peer pressure through seating arrangements and be consistent in expectations. There are different types of beginners and there is no need to be fearful of them. The important thing to do is to start from scratch and get everyone to level up to the same standard. Teaching individual students could be relational and cater to their needs. Business English learners could come from different types of groups. It is necessary to find out about their needs so that effective ways can be devised to help them fulfill their needs. Always be insistent in students' communication using English.
