Special groups also included professionals, on a once to one level, InCompany classes, or Academic instruction outside the work place.
We reviewed the aspect of adult learning that challenges results in an unpredictable environment.
It was a great review of the importance of having in place effective methods of delivery, when special groups dominate the classroom environment.
