The teachers have to use specific skills according to the class they have to face to. This means that teaching to a group of adults is totaly different to teaching to a class of children, as well as teaching to a class of beginners in not the same as teaching to a people that have been expoused to the english language before. Here below few aspects that carachterize each group.
Children need to be stimulate continously even if they get bored soon and they have short attention. Anyway, because they are very curious,teachers may motivate them to partecipate. Teachers mjust have a positive attitude and should improve the classroom aspect with coloured posters or photos, even children'works.
With the beginners, teachers must be patient and pay attention to their needs. They have to use a clear language, repeat encourage and check constantly without over-correcting.
A different approach is the one that may develope with a singular student : teachers should create a confidential relationship becoming a partner that help to study.
