Lesson planning is useful organization tactic for instructing the class. I can recall times in school where we worked on projects that now, looking back had to be part of a lesson plan. The projects were very extensive and had multiple aspects. keeping and making an organized lesson plan with details such as how the seats will be arranged and the needed materials will help with running and operating a smooth class session. From previous units, I can see the implication of the ESA method and how it will be better organized in a lesson plan. keeping these lesson plans as a record is a great idea that I will use to have a track record of what we covered. Also for any parents that are wondering what is going on the lesson plans can describe the events of that day. To better improve my teaching ability and things that I want to improve on the self evaluation will help me as well. To conclude, writing lesson plans and and using self evaluations will be a useful tactic to deploy during the duration of the marking period or semester.
