This unit was similar to the 'present tense' unit but obviously focusing on past events. It was good because some of the rules are similar, so it meant getting more practice with recognising those rules and how each tense is used I found that the more that I understand these rules, and see how they apply to sentences and what the person is trying to say, the more I am able to pick up on them. Again, you can see how a sentence is constructed and why, as opposed to just seeing a sentence.This unit covered the evaluation and testing of students. This unit discussed the importance of student evaluation that will enable the language school to properly place the student in the appropriate class level and also enable the teacher to plan future lessons that will benefit each individual student. This unit also informed me on which external tests are administered in some specific English speaking countries that will allow the student to learn at a more advanced education level.
