It is the responsibility of the teacher to consider and account for as many factors as possible which contribute to or potentially detract from the learning process. This includes, but is not limited to, voice, gestures, volume, groupings, correction, and organization.In this Unit, it mainly introduces the productive skills and the games in the classroom. Writing skill is always neglected by people. In the reality speaking and writing are both important. Speaking of speaking skill, accuracy is as important as fluency. Handwriting, spelling, layout and punctuation, creative writing are the factors needed to be considered into the lessons. And I have learnt two classes design for Speaking skill and Writing skill.
