Starting with the board the many uses for them were discussed and guidelines were put forward to make the teachers use of the board the most effective for example write neatly and at the correct size so that the whole class can see what is on the board, section off the board, use different colours and underline or circle language points so they are highlighted for the students.Other tools were discussed that would help in the classroom such as computers,OHP's,video cameras,Visual aids and course books.I was amazed after knowing some more facts of the usages of advantages and disadvantages of authentic materials and created materials because first I did not notice that it is so realistic. I have learnt how course books are somewhat effectively beneficial to the students, likewise, after completing this unit I get more ideas of using teaching materials properly according to the level of the students. To conclude that I gained my confidence of engaging different teaching material usefully in the class.
